FLIGHT SEARCH;Lanzarote is a long way away....it may be 'Spain' but it is actualy only 70 miles from the African Sahara coast. Flying time is about four hours from the UK. This is twice as far as mainland Spain and it is reflected in the weather, especially in winter when daytime temperatures seldom fall below 22, and there is very little annual rainfall. You could reasonably expect sunshine and temperatures in the mid twenties on Christmas day. There are some cheap, out of season flights available, some under £100, but for the best part they range between £125 and £275. Generally, the earlier you book the cheaper, especialy with easyjet.
If requested, we can search all available flights for you. We will also check for 'split flight' prices and clearance seats. We can then give you the prices we have found, including all taxes and charges to compare with your own results. Once your apartment rental is confirmed you can book directly with the agent or airline.
FLIGHT FAILURE;We have access to full holiday insurance which as well as the usual medical and emergency benefits, covers flight failures, cancelation and delays. We will simply provide details of the company...we take no commission.
CAR HIRE; Booking direct with a Lanzarote company is usually far cheaper. Do not pay 'tourist rates' or use a UK agent (beware of 'local' charges that will be added later, insurance, tank of fuel etc will add about 100e). We are happy to provide a quote for collect and return to the airport including ALL charges and FULL insurance.
LATE DEPARTURES; Late flights are not a problem when staying in our apartments. With the increasing number of late departures, we have put facilities in place for the comfort of our guests. Our management offices offer safe left luggage, shower and towel rental or even an apartment for your last day. (small local charges) ALL apartments must be vacated in order to allow for cleaning and to make way for new guests arrivals. With us however, you can relax and enjoy your last day without worry. You can lay in the sun by their pool, wander over to the beach, set aside your last day for shopping etc, then return to shower and change in comfort, ready for the airport. They will even book your taxi for you.
AIRPORT SERVICES; We travel often and have full experience of airport departure facilities, car parking, valet parking, duty free prices etc. If you need help.....just ask.
BOOKING PROCEDURE; Please check the availability for the week you require. (If the date is shown in red the apartment is definately booked) Telephone 01252 677792 between 8.00am & 10.00pm or e-mail us for confirmation. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have at this time. We will then e-mail or post a booking form to you. The apartment is put on reserve to allow for the posting back of the form with your part payment of £100 per week booked.
Please note that our apartments are very popular and we are often unable to cater for all of the booking enquiries we receive. We are happy to take your booking for any period but all weeks are charged on a Thursday to Thursday basis only.
On receipt of your signed form we will countersign this and return your copy. If you have requested any other services, insurance or car hire the contact details and booking references will be given in order that you can book them direct.

The balance should be paid 60 days before departure. Fourteen days before your departure date we send the apartment keys, an emergency contact card and an address card for the taxi driver.
If you are hiring a car please inform us and we will enclose very concise directions for collecting the car and directions to the apartment car park.
Sorry, we cannot accept long 'winter' lets or remove any of our facilities for a reduced charge.
