Flight Failure; We can give you access to specialist insurance which covers all of the usual holiday insurance benefits plus the cost of return flights in an airline collapse. Additionaly, it also pays for the extra cost of alternative outward flights should this happen before your departure date. Accomodation costs, car hire etc are all covered if you are unable to travel. Cover starts from the purchase date and ends when you get home.
The cost is comparable to 'standard' holiday insurance and is also available as an annual policy.

Flights; If you have requested a flight search we will inform you of the carrier or agent and provide all the information required.
Car Hire; We can book your car for you on our account and then send you the fixed price booking contract. There is no deposit to pay. A two door clio costs from £75 per week, all inclusive. A 5 door seat ibiza with air con, less than a year old, full insurance, no excess, two drivers, collect at their airport office from £85.
BEWARE OF INTERNET BOOKINGS, EVEN FROM LARGE ESTABLISHED COMPANIES .......MOST WILL ADD 'LOCAL' INSURANCE, FULL TANK OF FUEL ETC ON COLLECTION. THIS CAN EASILY ADD OVER £100 PER WEEK
Late Departures; If you have a late flight and would like to book any of the facilities offered we will arrange this for you. Our registered management office offers secure left luggage facilities, shower and towel rental, changing rooms or even an apartment for your departure day if required. Small local charges apply ie 4€ for shower and towel rental.
(Almost all holiday apartments have to be vacated by 10.30am to allow for cleaning and new arrivals. If your flight is mid afternoon or later you would be 'homeless' and this could make your last day very uncomfortable)
We know of very few apartments offering late departure facilities and even less privately owned ones..
Telephone calls; We have a code available which enables calls from Lanzarote payphones to the UK for only 6p per minute. If you need to call home regularly please ask for details.
Mobile phones; Calls on UK mobiles are very expensive to both make and recieve. Even answering your phone while away will cost in the region of 35p per minute!. If you have a UK *** contract mobile you could make or receive a call for up to one hour for 75p. Please ask for details.
If it is essential that you are contactable at all times or need to make frequent calls you can use a special Spanish sim card. We have these available for loan. Calls from the UK cost 9p per minute in total. Calls back to the UK cost 30p plus only 6p per minute.
Internet and e-mail; Wi Fi internet access is available for your laptop or PDA. If you need to take your office with you (we do), we can provide full details and log in passwords.

In an emergency one of our team can attend immediately to assist you or translate.
No one wants to use this service but should the worst happen there is always someone on hand to help. Our managers are Lanzarote 'locals', know how to get things done quickly and speak fluent Spanish and English. They have assisted in the past with a dentist, doctors, lost medication, passports, flight tickets, ambulance, hospitalisation and emergency accomodation etc.
